Agreement to Terms
By purchasing a ticket to The Day Dreamer Magazine X Fashion Meets Music After Party (the "Event"), you agree to these Terms and Conditions. These terms apply to all attendees, participants, and ticket holders ("Attendees") and are legally binding.

Media Release: Photography & Filming
This event will be full of lights, music, and unforgettable moments! By attending, you acknowledge that photos, videos, and other media may be captured. By entering, you grant DJ Jazzy, The Day Dreamer Magazine, and affiliated partners the right to use your image, likeness, and voice in promotional content, social media, advertising, publications, and event archives without compensation. If you prefer not to be included, please inform staff, though complete exclusion may not always be possible.

No Refunds or Credits
All ticket sales are final. No refunds, transfers, exchanges, or credits will be issued for any reason, including personal circumstances, missed attendance, or dissatisfaction. Please check your ticket type and details carefully before purchase.

Ticket Validity & Transfers
Tickets are non-transferable unless prior written approval is granted by the organizers. Entry is only allowed with a valid ticket purchased through official channels. Tickets from unauthorized sellers or third-party resellers may be void. Lost or stolen tickets will not be replaced.

Event Changes
We reserve the right to adjust any aspect of the event, including schedule, performances, location, or format. If the event is cancelled due to unforeseen circumstances, remedies or compensation are at the sole discretion of the organizers.

Code of Conduct
This is a safe, inclusive, and empowering space for all ages. Attendees are expected to behave respectfully and responsibly. Inappropriate, offensive, disruptive, or unsafe behavior may result in removal without refund.

Health & Safety
By attending, you assume full responsibility for your health and safety. Organizers are not liable for injury, illness, loss, or damage sustained during or in connection with the event.

TryBooking is an online system for organisations and community groups that has been designed to look after the entire event ticketing and registration needs.

All issues relating to the sale of tickets and the hosting of their associated event(s) are the responsibility of the “Event Organiser” and not that of TryBooking Pty Ltd (Australian Business Number 71126987915).
