Cancellation and refunds

If you need to cancel, the ticket is subject to the cancellation policy below. You could also try and resell your ticket (at cost price) and then get in touch with Brenda James to let us know the updated details.

FIRESPARK cancellation and refund policy

If you cancel more than 60 days before the event, you are entitled to a refund minus a $200 AUD per person fee.

If you cancel between 15 and 60 days before the event, you are entitled to a refund minus a $400 AUD per person fee.

If you cancel less than 15 days before the event, there will be no refund.



INTERSTATE/OVERSEAS TRAVEL ARRANGMENTS

We recommend holding off on any flights or additional travel bookings until such time as the minimum number of confirmed attendees has been met (to be confirmed via Facebook page and email). Also consider whether you may wish to join post-retreat activities in the Southeast Queensland area.

Travel insurance is also recommended, as per smart traveller guidelines.

TryBooking is an online system for organisations and community groups that has been designed to look after the entire event ticketing and registration needs.
