By purchasing a ticket, I agree to the following:
- Understand that this ticket purchase is non-refundable & non-transferable
- Give consent to my child/children being transported by the Bus Company contracted by Temple Christian College for this service.
- Have read, understood and agreed to the Conditions for Use outlined in the 2024 Private School Bus Service information and the Conditions of Student Travel outlined in the Parent Handbook.
- Will undertake to ensure my child/children conducts themselves according to the protocols as stated whilst in the care of the bus driver.
- Consent for the information contained in this ticket purchase form to be supplied to the bus company to be included on the drivers' manifest for the bus route for use in an emergency or where a behaviour matter arises.
