By attending, I hereby grant permission to The Australian Cowgirl Co, its agents, representatives, and affiliates, to use photographs, video footage, and/or audio recordings of me — including my name, image, and likeness — for the purposes of promoting and documenting:

This permission extends to all forms of media including, but not limited to, print publications, digital platforms, live streams, broadcasts, websites, advertising, promotional materials, news coverage, trade, and exhibitions, for an indefinite period of time.
I understand and agree that:
My image and/or voice may be used without further notice or approval.
I will not receive any form of compensation for the use of these materials.
All media content created becomes the property of The Australian Cowgirl Co, including any edited or derivative works.
I waive any right to inspect or approve the finished product or its use.
I release The Australian Cowgirl Co and its agents from any and all claims, including but not limited to defamation, invasion of privacy, or infringement of moral, publicity, or copyright rights.
This release reflects the complete understanding between the parties and is binding upon signing.
