POLICY AND TERMS -
Due to the nature of the product and the high demand of Mini Session time slots, all Session Deposits are non-refundable but you may transfer your booking to another family.
Please aim to arrive 5 minutes prior to your session - Photo Day is notorious for throwing curve balls your way... (like losing the car keys on the way out the door, an untimely toddler poop or food spills just as you pull in!!)
Please arrive with everyone dressed, hair done and ready to be photographed. If you don't want your little loves getting dirty on the car ride, aim to arrive extra early and change them here in my studio.
Proof images will be shown on the day and may not be print screened, printed, or shared in any way.
Fully edited images will be delivered via digital download to your e-mail within 21 days of you finalising and confirming your image selections. Due to the nature of the product, no exchanges of images can be made.
Each image is hand edited by Lauren Jones to the best of her ability. Any additional editing request after the images are delivered may result in additional charges.
Photo or video from mobile phones or other cameras and devices is STRICTLY PROHIBITED.
In the unlikely event that I am unable to fulfil your session due to illness or otherwise, a full refund will be given or postpone date offered.

Set of 5 7x5'Gift Prints
- Choice of 2 set ups (or both if time permits)
- Santa Hats & headbands available for use if you wish however you are welcome to bring your own aswell
(Does not include outfits)
FAMILY LIMIT:
This offer is per one immediate family (parents and children). If you wish to have "cousins or friends shoots" you will need to book two consecutive appointments if there are more than 5 attendees combined. Get in touch privately with any questions regarding this.
TIME:
There is 20 minute time slot to complete your session. If you feel like you need more time I recommend booking two consecutive sessions.
FEES:
A $50 session fee is required to make a booking and is not refundable but is transferrable to another family.
The fees for any additional product purchases will be billed individually before editing work begins.
Additional Products & Gifts such as Christmas Tree Ornaments, Wood Prints, Metal Prints, Custom Jigsaw Puzzles, Fridge Magnets & more will be on display and these can be ordered and paid for on the day.
IMAGES:
Online gallery with all of your images will be uploaded within 7 days and you will be asked to choose your images within 5 days to ensure your order is processed and delivered on time. If your selection takes longer than that the order might not be delivered on time.
In your gallery you will have 8 images included, any additional digital image is priced at $30 each or $99 for an extra 6 digital images.
DELIVERY:
Digital images will be sent to you via email no later than 15th December 2025.
*Prints and products ordered on the day or beforehand should arrive at your nominated address by Christmas Day. No guarantees can be made however with Australia post, so you may wish to opt for Express post if you want to be sure of it.

Christmas mini sessions are run on a set date and are available only during those days. .
