ORGANISER TERMS AND CONDITIONS.
GENERAL INFORMATION FOR STALL HOLDERS
1. The market will be held in the Willow Grove Community Centre (Public Hall), 12 Moe – Willow Grove Road, Willow Grove, Vic
2. To hold a stall, you must have your own public/product liability insurance. Please email us a copy of your certificate of currency to willowgrovebrigademarket@gmail.com
3. Your stall must sell items that your either make, bake, or create
4. If you email your logo, this will be placed on the Willow Grove Winter Market Facebook page with links to your page or website if you have one
5. Each stall is approximately 1.6 – 1.8m wide (the size of a standard trestle table)
6. Please provide your own trestle table or display stands for your goods
7. Each stall holder must be ready for service at 8:45am. You will be informed closer to the event about access times for set up
8. All stall holders must remain at the market until its completion at 1:00pm & clean up their stall at the end of the event
9. Any electrical equipment entering the Willow Grove Community Centre must comply with the Occupational Health and Safety Act, & with Australian Standards. Electrical equipment without a current test & tag cannot be used in the Willow Grove Community Centre
10. Stall holder parking is located in the rear car park of The Tipsey Heifer next door
