Due to venue catering obligations, no refunds will be offered for cancellations.
Seating volume is 10 persons per table, maximum.
Ticket cost incurs additional GST & booking fee.
Special dietary requirements can be advised during the booking process or must be advised 1 week prior to the event.
Scheduled arrival time for guests is 12.00pm, food service to commence at approximately 1.00pm.
Cash, credit card and eftpos/ATM facilities will be available onsite.
All live and silent auction winning bids are final. Winning bidders are responsible for payment and collection of items as advised at close of bidding. Any items not collected may be collected from the venue within 48 hours, or by arrangement with Lyon Cricket and Icons of Sport. Uncollected items which require delivery, will incur a courier fee at the winning bidder's expense, winning bids DO NOT INCLUDE DELIVERY.
Raffle Draw will take place on 24/10/2025 at Manly Leagues 563 Pittwater Rd Brookvale between approximately 3pm & 4pm. 1st drawn winner will win the 1st listed prize, 2nd drawn winner the 2nd listed prize and so forth until all listed prizes are redeemed. Winning ticket holders must be present in the room at time of draw and present the winning drawn ticket(s) to claim prize(s).
