Enrolment and payment
Training course numbers are limited, and places are allocated in order of receipt of enrolment forms and full payment.
We will confirm your enrolment once we receive both your enrolment and full payment of the course fee. Fees can be paid either on invoice or through the trybooking website. For invoice accounts please contact us at info@pbwest.com.au
Your enrolment is tentative until we provide you with confirmation upon receipt of your payment in full.
Cancellations and Refunds
To withdraw from a training course or assessment, you must give us two weeks’ notice prior to the commencement date. The time of notice is from when we receive the written notice.
Training Courses
If you withdraw from a training course less than two weeks prior to the course commencement date, you must pay the whole of the course fee. However, a substitute delegate may be nominated in writing.
If you withdraw from a training course up to two weeks prior to the course commencement date, we will refund your full enrolment fee less a cancellation fee of $75.00
Where we cancel a course for whatever reason, we will give you a full refund of your course fee.
If cancellation is due to COVID 19 restrictions the following applies
When there is a government imposed full lock down, you will be offered the opportunity to choose one of the following:
• The opportunity to attend the same training at the rescheduled later date.
• A full credit note.
• Participation in online training
• In the event that these options are not suitable a full refund will be issued but may incur a 50.00 cancellation fee to cover part costs.
Access to the premises and participant conduct
We grant you access to the premises where training is being held on condition that, while at the premises, you agree:
• To respectfully uphold your own rights and the rights of others to feel safe all of the time.
• to comply with all lawful and reasonable directions of staff
• to observe all requirements in regard to security and occupational health and safety
• not to disclose any information that you may learn in any manner other than as information provided as part of the event
For health and safety reasons, PB West reserves the irght to refuse entry to the training event,
Copyright and intellectual property
Participants have an exclusive licence to use the training material for private study and use with client (s) for practitioner purposes only. However, PB West retain copyright of all training and assessment material and intellectual property rights and ownership in any information disclosed in these materials. When using the information disclosed in the participants work and personal life the participant agrees to disclose the source of the information giving credit to PB West Protective Behaviours.
By acceptance into the PB West training You agree to recognise PB West Protective Behaviours Training as your source of information regarding the social and emotional context, themes, concepts and strategies of Protective Behaviours in all your practice and when you utilise the material and information learnt.
IndemnityPB wesg reservs he right to film all or any parts of this training event.
By confirming your place in the training, you indemnify and hold harmless PB West from all claims, demands, suits, actions, loss, damage, costs and expenses that may arise as a consequence of loss, damage or injury that the participant may suffer whilst attending or traveling to the premises at which training is being held.
