Nominations close on Mondays at 9pm before the race meeting.

Late nominations are to be emailed directly to jqmvictoria@gmail.com and will close at 6pm on the evening prior to the race meeting.

Late nomination fees (if payable to go in the grid draw) are to be paid via bank transfer to JQMV prior to the 6pm cut off.

Late nominations are welcome, however you will choose between starting rear of field, or to be entered into grid draws parents can donate $25 (to be put towards prizes at the end of year Presentation Dinner).

Failure to cancel your nomination (by emailing jqmvictoria@gmail.com) you will be able to choose between starting rear of field in the next race meet, or parents can donate $25 (to be put towards prizes at the end of year Presentation Dinner) to be entered into grid draws for the next race meet.
