Cancellations made 7 days or more before the event are entitled to a full refund (less booking and processing fees). Every effort should be made to fill cancellation vacancies before a refund is made.
If the minimum number of attendees for a workshop is not attained and/or the workshop is cancelled, a full refund will be provided. Cancellations made within 7 days are entitled to a refund minus an administrative fee of $120 plus any booking and card fees. 'No shows' on the day will forfeit the full registration amount.
