Event Details: The Grove reserves the right to change event dates, locations, or prices. These changes will be communicated, and tickets may be refunded if the event is cancelled.
Validity of Tickets: Only valid tickets obtained through authorised sellers will be accepted. Counterfeit or invalid tickets may result in denied entry.
2. Ticket Pricing and Payment
Ticket Price: The price of the ticket includes applicable taxes and fees, unless otherwise stated.
Payment Methods: Tickets can be purchased using approved payment methods (credit card, PayPal, etc.).
No Refunds/Exchanges: Except as required by law or in the case of event cancellation, tickets are non-refundable and non-exchangeable.
3. Event Access
Entry Conditions: Attendees must present a valid ticket to gain access to the event. This may be in digital or physical form, depending on the event.
Age Restrictions: 16+ event. Please know if any minors attempt to purchase or consume alcohol on the premises, they will be removed immediately.
Dress Code and Behavior: Attendees must adhere to the venue's dress code and behave appropriately. The Grove reserves the right to refuse entry or remove individuals from the event for misconduct.
4. Event Cancellations and Postponements
Event Cancellations: In the event of a cancellation, ticket holders will be provided with options for a refund or transfer to the rescheduled date.
Event Postponement: If the event is rescheduled, the original ticket will be valid for the new date. No refund will be provided unless the attendee is unable to attend the rescheduled event.
Force Majeure: The organiser will not be held responsible for event cancellation or postponement due to events beyond their control (natural disasters, pandemics, etc.).
5. Resale and Transfer of Tickets
Ticket Resale: Unauthorised resale of tickets may result in the cancellation of the ticket without a refund. Reselling tickets at a price higher than face value may be prohibited in certain jurisdictions.
6. Personal Information and Privacy
Data Collection: By purchasing tickets, buyers agree to provide necessary personal information (name, contact details, etc.) as required by The Grove.
Privacy Policy: The Grove will handle personal information in accordance with applicable privacy laws and the organizer's privacy policy.
7. Liability
Assumption of Risk: Attendees assume all risks associated with attending the event, including the risk of injury, loss, or damage to personal property.
Limitation of Liability: The Grove is not liable for any loss, injury, or damage resulting from the event except as required by law.
8. Code of Conduct
Conduct at the Event: Attendees must follow all instructions from event staff and comply with the venue's rules. Disruptive or illegal behavior may result in removal from the event without a refund.
Prohibited Items: Certain items (weapons, alcohol, drugs, etc.) may be prohibited at the event. The Grove reserves the right to inspect bags and belongings.
9. Special Offers and Discounts
Promotions: Any promotional offers, discounts, or coupons are subject to specific terms. Check individual offer details for redemption guidelines.
Ticket Bundles: When purchasing ticket bundles, refunds or exchanges are not allowed for individual tickets within the bundle.
10. Dispute Resolution
Arbitration: Disputes related to tickets may be subject to arbitration, and the attendee agrees to resolve disputes without resorting to class-action lawsuits.
