Terms and Conditions for Trybooking Event Attendance
Registration and Attendance
Please register in advance to secure your spot. Space is limited and will be allocated on a first-come, first-served basis.
Cancellation Policy
If you are unable to attend, please cancel your ticket as soon as possible to allow others the opportunity to participate. You can cancel your ticket through the same platform used for registration.
Waitlist
In case of full capacity, a waitlist will be maintained. Should a spot become available, individuals on the waitlist will be notified in order.
Event Changes
The organisers reserve the right to make changes to the event schedule or speakers. Any significant changes will be communicated to registered attendees promptly.
Behaviour and Conduct
We expect all attendees to behave respectfully and courteously. The organisers reserve the right to remove any attendee who disrupts the event or violates these terms.
Photography and Recording
The event may be photographed or recorded. By attending, you consent to the use of these materials for promotional purposes.
Liability
The organisers are not responsible for any personal belongings or injuries during the event. Attendees participate at their own risk.
Privacy
Your personal information will be used solely for event-related communications and will not be shared with third parties without your consent.
