1. Registration & Payment / 报名与付款
Each participant must register and pay the event fee in advance to secure a spot.
每位参与者需提前注册并缴纳费用以确认名额。

The event fee can be refunded if you cancel at least one week before the event and request a refund by email.
如果您在活动开始前至少 1 周取消并通过电子邮件提出申请，费用可以退回。

2. Use of Funds / 费用用途

All proceeds from this event will be donated to Raise Foundation, a not-for-profit organisation that provides mentorship programs to students across Australian schools, fostering growth, resilience, and meaningful connections.

3. Event Access / 活动参与
This is an online event. Registered participants will receive the event link via email before the session.
本次活动为线上形式，注册成功后会通过邮箱发送链接。

Please ensure you have a stable internet connection to participate.
请确保您有稳定的网络环境参与。

👉 The session will be recorded. If you have purchased a ticket but cannot attend on the day, please email us in advance to let us know. A replay recording will be sent to every registered participant.
👉 本次讲座会录制。如果您已购票但当天无法参加，请提前通过邮件联系我们。我们会为每一位购票者发送回放录制。

4. Privacy / 隐私与保密
Any personal questions submitted will be shared confidentially with the facilitator for the purpose of providing direction and suggestions during the workshop.
您提交的个人问题将以保密形式交给 Helen 老师，用于在讲座中提供方向和建议。

All participant information will be kept private and used only for event administration.
您的个人信息仅用于活动管理，不会外泄。
