PLEG Inc reserves the right to review the types of stalls and products applying for market registration and to film, photo and video this event. Any data collected for marketing purposes from this event will be in accordance with the Privacy of Information Act. Choice and allocation of sites are at the discretion of the Organisers who will try to accommodate reasonable requests from stall-holders. Indoor and Outdoor Stalls must be within the boundaries of each allocated site. No items may extend into the common customer traffic areas. Bring your own everything, including hand sanitiser and observe any health regulations in force at the time of the event. The venues are non-smoking. Use environmentally sustainable practices & products with your stall, including bio-degradable plastic items, use recycled packaging and materials, minimising waste generated. No balloons. Take all your rubbish home with you. If you are selling/serving food at Prospect Community Market as an occasional event held on Prospect Council land, submit the Eastern Health Authority online Fairs and Special Events Fact Sheet Temporary Event Notification at least 14 days prior to the event. Eastern Health Authority Environmental Health Officers may inspect the event. Eastern Health Authority email is: eha@ehasa.gov.au Stallholders must provide PLEG with evidence of current insurance minimum $10,000 or pay $15 for PLEG Marketholder insurance.
No refunds for stallholder non-attendance or stallholder cancellation unless exceptional circumstances. The event will generally trade in most weather conditions, unless extreme adverse weather is forecast or an emergency situation is declared by authorities. If PLEG Inc as the event organiser cancels a market, then stallholders booked for that market will be refunded the stall fee. PLEG Inc will try to notify stallholders in a timely manner. The ticket fee and credit card fee are non-refundable as per Try-Booking conditions.
