Melbourne Water Park – Terms & Conditions
1. Ticketing
Tickets are valid for single entry on the booked date and time unless otherwise specified.
Digital tickets must be presented upon arrival. Printing is not required.
Tickets are non-transferable between different Melbourne Water Park sessions or affiliated venues.
2. Attractions & Safety
All attractions are weather-dependent and may close without notice due to safety concerns.
Each attraction may have its own age, height, and weight restrictions, which must be adhered to at all times.
Participation is entirely at your own risk. By purchasing a ticket, you accept full responsibility for your safety and the safety of any minors under your supervision.
Supervision ratios:
Children under 12 must be accompanied by a paying adult (maximum ratio 1:3).
Children under 5 must be accompanied by a paying adult at all times (1:1 ratio).
All guests must follow lifeguard and staff instructions. Failure to comply may result in removal without refund.
3. Refunds & Changes
No refunds will be issued under any circumstances.
Bookings cannot be changed once confirmed, except if the session is cancelled by Melbourne Water Park due to extreme weather or unforeseen operational issues.
In the event of cancellation, rebooking will be offered at the next earliest available date. If rebooking is not possible, a credit voucher will be issued.
4. Entry & Conduct
Entry is subject to capacity limits. Once full, no additional entrants will be admitted.
Spectator entry is available with a Spectator Ticket; however, spectators are not permitted to use any attractions.
Guests must comply with all posted signage, staff directions, and safety protocols.
Outside food and drinks are not permitted within the venue. Food and beverage options are available onsite and may vary by day.
Melbourne Water Park reserves the right to refuse entry or remove individuals engaging in unsafe, disruptive, or inappropriate behaviour.
5. Photography & Media
By entering Melbourne Water Park, you consent to being photographed or filmed.
Images and videos may be used for promotional purposes across websites, social media, and other marketing materials.
CCTV operates across the venue for safety and security monitoring.
6. Special Circumstances
In the event of severe weather, natural disasters, pandemics, or other major disruptions preventing operation, Melbourne Water Park will offer rebooking or a credit voucher. Refunds will not be issued.
Promotions, giveaways, or complimentary tickets are valid only under their stated terms and may require presentation of a valid full-paying ticket.
7. Additional Conditions
Grip socks are mandatory for selected attractions and can be purchased onsite if not already owned.
Private hire areas are for exclusive use only and not accessible to the public unless specifically booked.
Unlimited and membership passes are subject to fair usage limits and capacity restrictions.
Entry is conditional on compliance with current health and safety regulations as outlined by Victorian authorities.
8. Acceptance of Terms
By purchasing a ticket or entering Melbourne Water Park, you agree to:
Acknowledge and accept all inherent risks associated with participation.
Indemnify and hold harmless Melbourne Water Park, its partners, contractors, and venue hosts from any claims, damages, or liabilities arising from attendance.
Follow all staff instructions, event signage, and applicable government health and safety requirements.
If you do not agree to these terms, please do not attend Melbourne Water Park.
TryBooking is an online system for organisations and community groups that has been designed to look after the entire event ticketing and registration needs.
