CODE OF CONDUCT
Jumptown Swing is dedicated to providing a safe and comfortable event experience for everyone. All dancers, volunteers, musicians, and other staff are required to comply with our Code of Conduct. The Jumptown Swing organisers reserve the right to take any action deemed necessary to ensure the Code of Conduct is followed. This may include asking you to not attend our events. By attending Jumptown Swing’s in any capacity, you are agreeing to uphold the Code of Conduct (which is located here https://www.jumptown.org/code-of-conduct/)

CANCELLATION POLICY
Up until 17 November - full refund, minus $5 processing fee
After 17 November: No refunds can be given
Covid: Proof of recent Covid Positive Test (RAT or PCR): full refund less booking fees $. You can also transfer your ticket to someone else if you get Covid, email committee@jumptown.org to notify us. If we don't get a notification of Covid and proof, or email to transfer your pass we will assume no attendance and no refund.
