Refund & Cancellation Policy
Please read the following information carefully before booking. All bookings are considered final once payment has been made. However, if you cannot make it to your class or workshop you are welcome to sell or gift your ticket to a friend or relative who can attend in your place.
If there are insufficient numbers for a class or workshop to run, it may be cancelled or postponed. In this case, you will be notified & given the option of either a full refund or a transfer to a different class or workshop. Extra fees will be applicable if the class or workshop cost is different.
By booking into this class you agree to the following:
TRANSFERS: 7 days notice is required for a transfer to a different class or workshop (space permitting). If you have given us at least 7 days notice you can transfer to a different class or workshop at no charge. Extra fees will be applicable if the class or workshop cost is different.
REFUNDS: If you have given us at least 7 days notice we can cancel your place and refund your fee. All refunds will incur a $10 administration fee. No refunds will be given for non-attendance under any circumstances.
No refunds or transfers are available if the class date is within 7 days. No exceptions.
TryBooking is an online system for organisations and community groups that has been designed to look after the entire event ticketing and registration needs.
All issues relating to the sale of tickets and the hosting of their associated event(s) are the responsibility of the “Event Organiser” and not that of TryBooking Pty Ltd (Australian Business Number 71126987915).
