Fairytale Bridge – Refund & Credit Policy

We understand that sometimes plans can change, and we’ll always do our best to help.

Cancellations made more than 48 hours before your event are eligible for a full credit towards another Fairytale Bridge event.

Unfortunately, we’re unable to offer refunds or credits within 48 hours of your booked event, as our hosts and materials are lovingly prepared just for you.

If you can’t make it, you’re welcome to gift your booking to a friend so another child can enjoy the experience in your place.

TryBooking is an online system for organisations and community groups that has been designed to look after the entire event ticketing and registration needs.
