Ticket Terms
By purchasing a ticket, you agree to receive information about the event by email from the organiser.

Full payment is required to secure your place.

Once your place is confirmed, tickets are non-refundable unless someone else is able to fill your spot.

If the workshop is booked out and there is a waiting list, your place will be offered to that list first. If it is filled, you will receive a full refund.

If there is no waitlist and you find someone to take your ticket, the organiser must be notified in advance. The replacement participant must complete their booking and payment before your refund can be processed.

Please note: It is your responsibility to find a replacement. The organiser is not responsible for filling your spot.

Cancellation by Organiser
If the event is cancelled by the organiser due to unforeseen circumstances, a full refund will be issued to all participants.

Participant Responsibility
This is an experiential, creative, and embodied workshop. You are responsible for your own physical and emotional wellbeing before, during, and after the event.

You are encouraged to participate at your own pace and only in ways that feel safe for you.

This is not a therapy space, although strong emotions may arise. Support resources can be offered if needed.

Confidentiality & Safety
What’s shared in the room stays in the room. Respect for others’ experiences and privacy is expected at all times.

Two 20-minute tea/snack breaks (tea, coffee & morning tea provided)

A 1-hour lunch break — please bring your own lunch

A full-day program of guided embodiment practices, breathwork, creative exploration and group reflection

A space to express and explore what’s underneath the ‘mask’ — without pressure to perform or explain

Real connection, gentle witnessing, and time to come back to yourself
