These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern the purchase and use of tickets for MPA Presents 'We've Got Rhythm' (“Event”) organised by Macquarie Performing Arts (“Organiser”). By purchasing a ticket, you (“Ticket Holder”) agree to comply with these Terms.

No Refunds or Exchanges
All ticket sales are final. Tickets are non-refundable, except as required by law. This policy applies regardless of the Ticket Holder’s ability to attend the Event, including but not limited to personal circumstances, scheduling conflicts, or errors in the number of tickets purchased.

Transfer of Tickets
Tickets may be transferred to another individual, provided the transfer complies with all applicable laws and the Event’s policies. The Organiser is not responsible for facilitating or validating ticket transfers. The original Ticket Holder remains responsible for ensuring the transferee is aware of and agrees to these Terms.

Event Cancellation or Rescheduling
In the event of cancellation or significant rescheduling of the Event by the Organiser, Ticket Holders will be entitled to a refund or exchange, as required by applicable law. The Organiser will provide information on the process for obtaining refunds or exchanges in such circumstances.

Compliance with Laws
These Terms are subject to the Australian Consumer Law and the laws of New South Wales. Nothing in these Terms is intended to exclude, restrict, or modify any rights or remedies a Ticket Holder may have under applicable law.

Photography & Video Prohibition Notice
By purchasing this ticket, you acknowledge that all photography, both still & video, is strictly prohibited during the concert. You also agree to inform all guests for whom you are purchasing tickets of these terms & conditions to ensure full compliance throughout the event.
