Our accommodation options have been set up as a minimum 3 nights stay for Friday, Saturday & Sunday. You can contact us to book Thursday night if you wish.
- You MUST book for Friday, Saturday & Sunday of the Australian Dance Festival.
- A 1/3rd deposit is required to secure your booking. This deposit is NON-REFUNDABLE
- A second deposit of 33% will be due on the 31st March 2026
- A third and final deposit of 33% will be due on the 30th June 2026
- Accommodation needs to be finalised and balance paid by the 1st July 2026
- Cancellations up to the 31st July 2026 will only be refunded 50% of the total cost (unless the room can be on-sold)
- No cancellations and/or refunds will be accepted from 1st August 2026
- Any changes such as: cancellations, change of name, change in type of pass, change of room mate, switching rooms, changing dates of accommodation, etc will be subject to an administration charge of AUS$30
