Mini Musos Live – Ticket Terms & Conditions

We can’t wait to sing, dance, and sparkle with you! Please take a moment to read through the following terms so everyone has a smooth, joy-filled experience:
1. All sales are final. Tickets are non-refundable, except in the unlikely event that the show is cancelled by the organiser.
2. Can’t make it? No worries — you’re welcome to transfer your ticket to another family or friend. Just email us at info@elskamusic.com with their name before the event.
3. Event changes: Sometimes things happen! We reserve the right to make changes to the event date, time, or venue if needed. Any updates will be communicated via email.
4. Little ones & supervision: All children must be accompanied by a parent or guardian throughout the event.
5. Photos & filming: We love capturing the magic! By attending, you agree that you (and your child) may appear in event photos or videos used for future Mini Musos promotions. If you’d prefer not to be included, just let our team know on arrival — easy!
6. Safety first: Please follow all staff and venue instructions to help us keep everyone safe and happy.
7. Kindness policy: Mini Musos Live is all about joy, connection, and respect. Anyone behaving in a disruptive or unsafe way may be asked to leave the event.
8. Personal belongings: Please keep your items close — we can’t take responsibility for anything lost or left behind.
9. By purchasing a ticket, you’re agreeing to these terms and conditions — and joining us for a whole lot of musical fun!

TryBooking is an online system for organisations and community groups that has been designed to look after the entire event ticketing and registration needs.
