Terms and Conditions  −  Sydney Collectables Fair & Exhibition 2026

1) Full Payment must accompany your booking form; no booking is made unless full payment is received. No refunds are possible after booking.
2) Trading tables are provided do have a weight limit of 50kgs. Do not place tables upon tables for safety. The Show Committee and the Host Club accepts no responsibility for any loss or damage for the duration of the Show.
3) Only the nominated exhibitors & traders on your entry form will be issued with an ID tag.
3.1) Each 4' Trading Table booking allows for 2 Identification Access Tags.
3.5) More than 4 tags for large Trading Spaces are available for $10 each.
3.6) Only persons wearing ID tags will be allowed into the Marquee prior to 9:00am Saturday.
4) ID Tags are to be worn at all times. If you loose your ID tag there will be a $5 replacement charge.
5) No alcohol or smoking within the Pavilion at any time.
6) Early Birds: Persons not exhibiting or stallholding can purchase a $35 Non Exhibitor Pass on Friday. This will allow access for the entire weekend.
7) Professional Security guards will be on duty from 5pm Saturday through to Sunday 9am
8) This is a two day show. Trading tables are to remain operational from 8am Saturday until 2:30pm Sunday.
9) No wall space will be provided, so please ensure your display is free standing.
10) Make your stand as strong and as light as possible, your entry must fit within the table space allocated to your category.
11) Please use a full length drop cloth that must reach the floor.
12) Displays cannot be higher than 200cm.
13) All entries must be set up by 9:00am Saturday and remain until 2:30pm Sunday when security barriers are opened. Judging will be performed on Saturday at 12:30pm.
14) No exhibitor may enter Section A and B in the same category.
15) Steel crowd control barriers will be used to protect your display.
16) Once the security barriers are in position, no person may handle any
part of a display without the approval of the owner and in the presence of a member of the show committee.
17) Exact numbers as specified in each category must be observed. ‘Go-Withs’ which appear to be misleading must be clearly marked.
18) Where possible, information should be included in your display.
19) Protest. A legitimate protest against judging decisions to be lodged with the Show Chairman within 1 hour of completion of judging. the protest will be considered by the relevant judges, plus adjudicators.
20) ALL Items on display MUST be the property of the person displaying them - persons substituting items belonging to others will not be judged
