PLEASE ARRIVE 5-10 MINUTES PRIOR TO YOUT SESSION TIME TO AVOID DELAYS.

Tickets must be shown on arrival or you may be refused entry.

Session Bookings are strictly non-refundable or transferable. Desecration on special circumstances may be granted but direct contact must be made 7 days prior to the event.

In the event that the session is cancelled by Bek House Photography, a full refund will be issued if an alternative date and time cannot be arranged.

All images will be emailed to the provided address. Editing time may vary and could be up to 2 weeks after the event. All images will be provided prior to Christmas. In the event you do not receive your images within the time frame given, please contact Bek directly to confirm your details.

On the event that your child does not ‘like’ Santa, images can be taken of your child/children sitting in the Studio setting on their own. Your images will still be supplied as purchased.

In the event that you do not purchase your image packages online at the time of your booking, please make contact and arrange alternative options ie: cash at the event or additional login access.

Bek House Photography has the right to refuse entry for any one showing aggression, disruption, harmful/threatening nature or bullying of any kind. Please respect everyone at the event, including other patrons waiting for their sessions. Any bad behavior shown towards anyone will amount in you being asked to leave and your session being void.
