Terms and Conditions

1. Participation & Booking
- Exhibitor participation is subject to Organiser approval and completion of the registration process.
- Bookings close on Friday 23rd April 2026, unless sold out earlier.
- A 30% refund is available for cancellations made in writing before 27 February 2026. No refunds after this date.

2. Payment & Stand Allocation
- Full payment is required before occupying a stand. Non-payment may result in the space being reallocated.
- Stand locations are assigned at the Organiser’s discretion.
- Custom stand plans must be pre-approved in writing.

3. Expo Operations
- Stands must be staffed and remain open for the full event from 9:15 AM to 2.45 PM.
- No early pack-up is allowed. Exhibitors must clear all goods by 3.15 PM.
- Promotional activities must remain within the allocated space; distribution outside is not allowed.

4. Safety & Compliance
- No hazardous items, including inflatable items, aerosol cans, or any items deemed unsafe by the Organiser.
- Exhibitors must ensure their setup does not obstruct aisles or public spaces.
- No subletting of stands or exhibiting third-party products or services.

5. Seminars
- Seminar slots are subject to availability and allocated at the Organiser’s discretion.

6. Insurance & Security
- Exhibitors must hold public liability insurance of at least $10 million covering loss from public risk, fire, and theft.
- Exhibitors are responsible for their stand’s security and must not leave items unattended.

By participating, exhibitors agree to comply with these terms.

All issues relating to the sale of tickets and the hosting of their associated event(s) are the responsibility of the “Event Organiser” and not that of TryBooking Pty Ltd (Australian Business Number 71126987915).
