i3net Industry Event – Terms & Conditions
By registering for and/or attending this event, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by the following Terms & Conditions.

1. Collection of Personal Information
To facilitate your registration and participation, i3net will collect personal information including (but not limited to):
• Full name
• Email address
• Phone number
• Company / organisation affiliation
• Position title
• Other information relevant to event coordination and logistics.

2. Use of Personal Information
Your personal information will be used to:
• Manage event registration and communications
• Coordinate logistics and ticketing
• Facilitate networking opportunities
• Support event planning, promotion, delivery, and follow-up.
By registering, you agree to have your name, organisation and position included in the printed and/or digital “Who’s In The Room” document. This list may be distributed to event attendees to support networking and industry engagement.

3. Sharing of Contact Details
To maximise the value of your participation, your contact details (name, organisation, email and/or phone) may be shared with:
• i3net members and event attendees, for legitimate networking and post-event engagement
• Event partners, for vetting, planning, follow-up and engagement activities related to this event.
By registering, you consent to this sharing of your details for these specific purposes. i3net will not sell or otherwise disclose your information to unrelated third parties.

4. Data Security
i3net takes all reasonable steps to protect personal information from unauthorised access, disclosure, or misuse. While electronic transmission and storage carry inherent risks, we implement appropriate safeguards in line with industry standards.

5. Age Restriction
Attendance is restricted to individuals 18 years of age or older. By registering, you confirm that you meet this requirement.

6. Code of Conduct
All attendees are expected to act professionally, respectfully and inclusively throughout the event. i3net reserves the right to remove any person (without refund) whose behaviour is deemed inappropriate, discriminatory, disruptive or unsafe.

7. Photography & Videography
By attending, you consent to being photographed and/or filmed. i3net may use such images and recordings for marketing, promotional, reporting and archival purposes, without further notice or compensation. If you have specific concerns, please advise i3net staff in advance of the event.

8. Disclaimer of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, i3net accepts no liability for injury, illness, loss or damage arising from your attendance or participation. You are responsible for your own safety, health, and belongings during the event. This includes travel to and from the venue.

9. Variation of Terms
i3net reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions at any time. The most recent version will be available on request by emailing i3net@i3net.com.au.

10. Applicability
These Terms apply to the individual making the booking and to all other ticket holders under that booking. By proceeding, you warrant that all parties have been made aware of and agree to these Terms.

11. Identification Requirements
You may be required to present official photo identification (e.g. driver’s licence or passport) upon entry. If your identification does not match the name on the ticket, entry may be refused without refund.

12. Ticket Cancellation – by Organiser
i3net reserves the right to cancel or refuse tickets at its discretion. If this occurs, affected ticketholders will receive a full refund.

13. Ticket Cancellation – by Attendee
Cancellations must be made at least 7 days prior to the event to be eligible for a full refund. Cancellations within 7 days of the event are non-refundable. Substitutions (see Clause 14) may be accepted in certain cases.

14. Ticket Transfers
Ticket transfers may be accepted subject to prior approval by i3net. Please contact us promptly to request a name change. i3net reserves the right to refuse transfers at its discretion.

15. Event Changes & Force Majeure
i3net reserves the right to make changes to the event program, speakers, venue, or format (including moving the event online) if required. In the event of cancellation or postponement due to circumstances beyond i3net’s reasonable control, i3net will endeavour to notify attendees as soon as possible. Refunds or credits may be provided at i3net’s discretion.

16. Marketing & Future Communications
By registering, you may receive future communications from i3net regarding industry news, upcoming events, and opportunities. You can opt out of these communications by contacting us directly on i3net@i3net.com.au.

17. Indemnity
To the maximum extent permitted by law, attendees indemnify and hold harmless i3net, its staff, volunteers, contractors, and partners from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses arising from their actions or omissions during the event.

18. Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of NSW.



TryBooking is an online system for organisations and community groups that has been designed to look after the entire event ticketing and registration needs.

All issues relating to the sale of tickets and the hosting of their associated event(s) are the responsibility of the “Event Organiser” and not that of TryBooking Pty Ltd (Australian Business Number 71126987915).
