1. General Conditions
1.1. This raffle is conducted by the Baldivis Gardens Primary School Parents & Citizens Association Incorporated (P&C).
1.2. By purchasing a ticket, entrants agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.
1.3. The raffle will be drawn at 3pm on the 18th of December, 2025 at Baldivis Gardens Primary School, 2 Nadine Promenade, Baldivis, WA, 6171
• Physical attendance to the draw will not be open to the general public for the security of students.
• Entrants may view the draw live through the Microsoft Teams access link provided or live on the P&C Facebook page.
• Winners will be published on the P&C website within 24 hours and contacted directly.
1.4. All prizes will be delivered to the winners within 30 days of the draw.
1.5. Prizes are not transferable or redeemable for cash.
1.6. Money received for or on account of a ticket or chance shall not be refunded without written approval from the Gaming and Wagering Commission of Western Australia.
1.7. A written record shall be kept by the permit holder of ticket numbers issued for sale and the names and addresses of the persons to whom they were issued.
1.8. The prize winner(s) of the lottery shall be determined by a random drawing of ticket numbers.
1.9. The major prize will be awarded to the first ticket drawn. If more than one prize is offered, prizes will be drawn in decreasing order of value.
1.10. The raffle will be conducted so that every ticket holder has a fair and equal chance of winning.
1.11. Net proceeds of the raffle will be used only for the purpose stated in the permit application.
2. Major Prize – Hisense 2.5kW J Series Split System Air Conditioner
2.1. Prize includes the supply and standard back-to-back installation of one (1) split system air conditioner.
2.2. Standard back-to-back installation covers:
• Indoor and outdoor units mounted on opposite sides of the same wall
• Up to 3 metres of pipework and electrical cable
• One wall penetration and connection to an existing power supply
2.3. The winner may upgrade the air conditioning system to a larger capacity or different model at their own expense, arranged directly with the installer.
2.4. Any variation from the standard back-to-back installation (e.g. additional pipework, roof work, concrete pad, electrical upgrade, wall bracket, or alternative positioning) is at the winner’s expense.
2.5. If the installation address is outside a 40km radius of Baldivis, WA, a travel charge of $2 per kilometre (one way) will apply.
2.6. Installation must be booked within three (3) months of the prize draw unless otherwise agreed by the installer.
