By purchasing a ticket, you agree to the following terms:

Age: Participants must be 18+ unless prior written approval is given.
Behaviour: Guests must act responsibly and respectfully. Anyone displaying dangerous, disruptive, or disrespectful behaviour will be removed without refund.
Drugs & Alcohol: No drugs or alcohol are permitted before or during the event. Anyone appearing intoxicated will be refused entry or removed without refund.
No Refund Policy: All ticket sales are final. No refunds will be issued for change of mind, non-attendance, illness, or failure to read event details. Refunds or credits are only provided if Kyneton Paranormal cancels an event.
Cancellations: Events may be rescheduled or cancelled due to unforeseen circumstances or low bookings. If this occurs, a credit or transfer will be offered.
Liability: Participation is at your own risk. Kyneton Paranormal is not liable for injuries, property loss/damage, or vehicle issues.

Paranormal Disclaimer: We cannot guarantee paranormal activity or specific outcomes during investigations.
Photography: Personal recording is allowed for private use only. Public or commercial use requires written permission.
Transfers: Tickets may be transferred to another person if fully paid, but Kyneton Paranormal is not responsible for third-party sales.
Risk Acknowledgement: By attending, you accept that paranormal investigations may involve dark environments, uneven surfaces, and emotionally intense experiences. You enter and participate entirely at your own risk.
