1. Photography, filming and/or audio/video capture inside the auditorium is strictly prohibited. Authorised copies of the official photography and video footage will be available for purchase at interval and after the performances.
2. Latecomers' policy: latecomers may be admitted during an appropriate break in the program at the discretion of the Front-of-House staff.
3. Refund policy: no refunds will be issued for cancellations, except in exceptional circumstances and only at the discretion of BHBA. Contact event organiser.
4. Concession/Pensioners. Must present concession/pensioner card with ticket upon entry.
5. Full-time Students. Must present student card with ticket upon entry.
6. Seniors must present seniors card with ticket upon entry.
7. Junior Performer's ticket (under the age of 12 years). Current students from Box Hill Ballet are entitled to one free ticket to watch Acts 2 & 3 (after performing in Act 1). Choose either the matinee or evening performance, not both. Junior performers must be collected from the Stage Door immediately after Act 1 or 2 by a parent or guardian and be seated with a parent or guardian who has purchased a ticket for the same performance. Please book your performer ticket at the time you select, book and pay for the parent/guardian ticket so your tickets are allocated together. Junior performers are welcome to purchase a Child (U16) ticket for the cost of $22 for the other performance. All junior performers must be supervised by a parent or guardian at all times. Please note: these ticket sales are being monitored by the event organiser.
Covid-19 Policy: To be advised, and in accordance with Victorian Government guidelines in place at the time of the event. Regardless of Government policy, we encourage the wearing of masks inside the venue.
