• All ticket sales are final. No refunds or exchanges are available, except as required under Australian Consumer Law. Tickets are valid only for the performance date and time selected at purchase.

• Once the performance has commenced, late entry may be denied by Front of House staff. Ride The Cyclone has no blackout moments or intermission meaning there are no discreet late entry times.

• Seating is unallocated unless otherwise stated.

• This production may include loud music, theatrical lighting, and themes suited to a high school audience.

• Photography, video, and audio recording are strictly prohibited during the performance.

• By purchasing a ticket, you consent to the possibility of incidental photography or videography for promotional purposes.

• The organisers reserve the right to make changes to the cast or performance details if required.
