INTRODUCTION
These terms and conditions govern the sale and use of tickets for the 'Danceflix: Theatre Rehearsal Audience Access', the theatre rehearsal of the 2025 Student Showcase from Dragonfly Dance (hereinafter referred to as "the Event").
TICKET PURCHASE
All tickets are subject to availability and sold on a first-come, first-served basis.
Tickets may be purchased online through Trybooking. Tickets are not for sale at the venue.
TICKET PRICING
Ticket prices are as advertised and may be subject to additional fees, such as booking fees, taxes, and handling charges.
REFUNDS AND EXCHANGES
All ticket sales are final. No refunds or exchanges will be permitted, except in cases of event cancellation.
EVENT CANCELLATION
In the unlikely event of cancellation, ticket holders will be notified via the contact information provided at the time of purchase. Refunds will be issued in accordance with the policies of the ticketing platform.
ENTRY AND SEATING
Ticket holders must present a valid ticket for entry.
Seating is general admission. If special seating is required (for example due to mobility issues), it must be requested when purchasing tickets.
ACCESSIBILITY

Dragonfly Dance is committed to making our events as accessible as possible. Our venue has wheelchair access. If you have specific accessibility requirements (such as special seating or other support needs), please advise us at the time of booking so we can do our best to accommodate you.
We also participate in the Companion Card program. If you hold a valid Companion Card and require a carer to attend with you, your carer will be issued a complimentary ticket. Please notify us when purchasing your ticket and provide your Companion Card details so that appropriate arrangements can be made.
CODE OF CONDUCT
Audience members are expected to conduct themselves in a respectful and considerate manner towards performers and fellow attendees.
Any disruptive or unruly behavior may result in ejection from the venue without refund.
RECORDING AND PHOTOGRAPHY
The event will be professionally photographed and filmed.
HEALTH AND SAFETY
Attendees are responsible for their own health and safety during the event.
Any medical conditions or special requirements should be made known to the venue staff in advance.
LIABILITY
The organisers shall not be held liable for any loss, injury, or damage to personal property, unless caused by their negligence.
ALTERATIONS TO THE PROGRAM
The organisers reserve the right to make alterations to the program if necessary.
FORCE MAJEURE
The organisers shall not be liable for any failure or delay in performing their obligations due to circumstances beyond their reasonable control.
GOVERNING LAW
These terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of South Australia, and any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of South Australia.
ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS
By purchasing a ticket, the ticket holder acknowledges and agrees to abide by these terms and conditions.
