Code of Conduct

This event is a celebration of our vibrant Western Australian screen community. We’re here to connect, unwind, and enjoy each other’s company in a respectful and inclusive environment.

To ensure everyone has a safe and positive experience, all attendees are expected to uphold the following standards of behaviour:

1. Respect for All

Treat all guests, organisers, venue staff, and quiz facilitators with courtesy and respect at all times.

Harassment, discrimination, or bullying in any form - including verbal, physical, or online behaviour - will not be tolerated.

2. Responsible Behaviour

This is a licensed event. Please drink responsibly and be mindful of your behaviour at all times.

Drunk, disorderly, abusive, or harassing behaviour towards anyone will result in immediate removal from the venue.

Individuals removed for misconduct will not be entitled to a refund under any circumstances.

3. Creating a Safe Space

We encourage everyone to look out for one another and speak up if you witness or experience inappropriate behaviour.

Any concerns can be reported immediately to event organisers or venue staff, who are authorised to take action.

4. Zero Tolerance Policy

The organisers reserve the right to refuse entry or remove any person whose behaviour breaches this Code of Conduct, at their sole discretion.

Repeat or serious breaches may result in future exclusion from events hosted by WIFT Australia, the Australian Cinematographers Society, or Limitless Studios.
