Tickets purchased for the event if for any reason the event is cancelled by organiser full refunds will be given. Heart Hive must be contacted 7 days before the event by email at info@heathive.com.au or by phone 0411066360 for cancellation of ticket for full refunds to be made. Refunded tickets will come directly through trybooking. You may transfer your ticket to another person if unable to attend, we will require the person attending, full name and contact number by text before commencement of event for the ticket to be valid.
No refunds will be given on no shows

TryBooking is an online system for organisations and community groups that has been designed to look after the entire event ticketing and registration needs.
