- I am 16 years of age or older.
- I commit to paying the price listed if I choose the 'pay on the night!' option.
- Dance involves inherent risks, and I take full responsibility for my well-being while participating in SHEDSONG Dance.
- I have no medical conditions preventing safe participation and will seek medical advice as needed.
- SHEDSONG Dance may photograph/film me during class for promotional purposes. (Accommodations are available for those who do not wish to be photographed.)

Dancers needing specific accommodations for disabilities should contact shedsongmusic@gmail.com beforehand.
