*Photos may be rescheduled due to bad weather. You will receive an email or text on the day of your shoot if this needs to occur.
*If you cannot attend your booked session, please contact us for other possible times.
*We do not refund if you simply do not turn up for your session.
*We do not refund if you do not like your images. We do our best to take beautiful images for you, however the photos are of course a representation of you on the day. I think we all have a Santa photo tucked away, featuring a grumpy, sad or silly faced yet still beautiful child of our own.
*If you are late for your session, we still need to comply with our booking schedule.
*We are not responsible for potential council fines if you book a session for dogs that places you on the beach after 10am with your pets.
