CONDITIONS OF ENTRY
Tickets grant entry onto our premises, all persons attending the premises require a valid ticket for entry. Unlimited train rides are included in ticket price.
All attendees are required to wear closed-in shoes, such as sneakers or boots.
REFUND POLICY
Please be advised that cancellations made up to 48 hours before a "Public Run Day" event will be refunded. Cancellations made 48 hours or less before a "Public Run Day" event are not eligible for a refund. By purchasing a ticket to this event you are agreeing to these conditions.
ROTUNDA POLICY
Booking of our Rotunda requires a minimum purchase of 10 additional tickets. If the minimum additional tickets are not purchased NDMES reserves the right to cancel and refund the fee associated with the Rotunda. There is one rotunda available per session.
POP-UP GAZEBO POLICY
Booking of our pop-up gazebo requires a minimum purchase of 10 additional tickets. A gazebo cannot be booked in conjunction with the rotunda. There is a limit of one gazebo per group. NDMES reserves the right to cancel and refund the fee associated with the pop-up gazebo if the conditions of purchase are not met. There are two pop-up gazebos available per session.
PHOTOGRAPHY POLICY
NDMES recognise that most people take photographs and/or videos of special moments including participation in activities. As such, filming and photography may take place by our members and other members of the public at these events. By entering our site you agree to being filmed or photographed which may be used for private purposes and/or marketing or promotional purposes by Northern Districts Model Engineering Society (t/a Stirling Miniature Railway), particularly on our social media channels.
TryBooking is an online system for organisations and community groups that has been designed to look after the entire event ticketing and registration needs.
