As a one-woman show, operating as a small business and balancing life as a mum, I am UNABLE TO OFFER REFUNDS. I can no longer offer ticket transfers to different dates, in the instance you’re unable to attend the session you’ve booked in for, for any reason. You may, by all means, ask someone else to attend with your ticket.
In purchasing a ticket, you understand that;
• I plan, cater and pay for resources in advance, according to the bookings each month. If you’re booked, I’ve planned accordingly.
• I put considerable time and energy into bringing this offering to life, at the price it’s offered at, and I need to honour that for myself.
• In refusing a refund, I am not saying, “I don’t care”. I understand that sometimes life gets in the way and things don’t go the way we plan. However, the events and circumstances that prevent you from attending a booked event are completely out of my control. As such, I can’t take responsibility for them by for-going my time, energy and resources.
In the instance I have to cancel any/all sessions, I will of course refund the due amount to all participants.
