Clicking Bricks – Ticketed Events Terms and Conditions

Ticket Usage and Event Policies

1. Resale and Commercial Use:
• Tickets to Clicking Bricks Events may not be resold or offered for resale at a premium, including online auctions or unauthorised resale sites. Clicking Bricks Event Tickets are not for use by the customer, in advertising, promotion, or other commercial purposes.
• The Comany reserves the right to cancel or change session times without prior notification to the Customer.

2. Refunds:
• Refunds for the purchase of Clicking Bricks Events Tickets will only be issued if tickets cannot be transferred to another date due to circumstances such as COVID or similar unforeseen events.

3. Event Content:
• The Company reserve the right to add, vary, or withdraw any part of the Clicking Bricks event content at any time.

4. Admittance Conditions:
• Entry to a Clicking Bricks Event may be refused if a customer breaches terms and conditions, is intoxicated, under the influence of drugs, inappropriately dressed, or is negatively impacting others' enjoyment at the event. Late arrivals may not be admitted to a Clicking Bricks Event.
• Attendees may be subject to a search of their person and possessions prior to entry.

Conditions of Entry:
1. Photography and Recording:
• No photography or recording of any kind is permitted for professional or commercial use without written consent.

2. Food and Drinks:
• No food or drinks are permitted during the event.

3. Arrival Time:
• Attendees must arrive at least 15 minutes before the session time to ensure entry.

4. Ticket Usage:
• Tickets are valid for entry only during the stated session time.

5. Belongings:
• No prams or other belongings are to be left unattended at any time.

6. Photography Acknowledgment:
• Attendees acknowledge that they may be photographed or video recorded at the event for Clicking Bricks promotional use.

7. Children Admission:
• Children aged 3 and under are admitted free. All children aged 16 years and under must be accompanied by an adult.

TryBooking is an online system for organisations and community groups that has been designed to look after the entire event ticketing and registration needs.

All issues relating to the sale of tickets and the hosting of their associated event(s) are the responsibility of the “Event Organiser” and not that of TryBooking Pty Ltd (Australian Business Number 71126987915).
