Back to Greg’s Day & Rodeo – Terms & Conditions
1. Event Entry
• Back to Greg’s Day (12–3pm) is free and open to all members of the community.
• The Rodeo (4–6:30pm) is a strictly ticketed event. Only patrons holding a valid ticket will be permitted to enter the Rodeo arena precinct.

2. Ticketing
• Tickets must be purchased through the College’s official TryBooking site.
• No pass-outs will be issued for the Rodeo.
• Tickets are non-transferable and may be checked against ID if required.

3. Alcohol & Licensed Areas
• No alcohol may be brought onto the premises under any circumstances. Bag checks may occur.
• The Rodeo includes an 18+ Licensed Bar Zone, which is fenced and controlled.
• All alcohol service will be managed by RSA-certified bar staff and monitored by security.
• Individuals who appear intoxicated may be refused service or removed from the venue.

4. Behaviour & School Policies
• Normal St Gregory’s College behavioural expectations apply for all students on site.
• Children must remain under parent/guardian supervision at all times.
• Anti-social, unsafe, or aggressive behaviour will result in removal from the event without refund.
• Patrons must follow all instructions from PBR staff, College staff, RSA marshals, volunteers, and security.

5. Prohibited Items
The following items are prohibited to bring:
• Alcohol (any type)
• Glass bottles or containers
• Illicit substances
• Weapons or dangerous items
• Drones (unless authorised by the College)
• Pets or animals (excluding service animals)

6. Safety & Security
• Security personnel will be present throughout Back to Greg’s Day and the Rodeo.
• All riders, spectators, and attendees must remain behind fencing and barriers at all times.
• Any attempt to enter restricted or performance areas will result in immediate removal.

7. Weather, Cancellation & Refunds
• If Back to Greg’s Day is cancelled due to extreme or unsafe weather, a portion of Rodeo ticket costs may be refunded at the discretion of the College.
• If the Rodeo is delayed, postponed, interrupted, or stopped due to weather or safety concerns, no refunds will be issued.
o This includes rain, electrical storms, wind, heat, or operational issues affecting the show.
• If Professional Bull Riders (PBR) deem conditions unsafe at any time, decisions regarding delays or early termination will be made in the interest of public safety.

8. Photography & Media
• By entering the event, patrons acknowledge they may appear in photography or video recordings used for College promotional purposes.
• Patrons must not enter restricted media zones.

9. Parking & Transport
• All parking is at the patron’s own risk.
• Attendees must follow all volunteer parking attendants and signage.
• Shuttle buses operate hourly from Campbelltown Station.

10. First Aid
• First Aid can be accessed via the St Gregory’s College Information Booth, with trained staff and on-site paramedics available throughout the event.

11. Carnival Rides
• All carnival rides are undertaken at the rider’s own risk and are operated and supervised by Bubbling With Energy staff in accordance with their safety procedures.

12. Lost Property & Lost Children
• St Gregory’s College takes no responsibility for lost, stolen, or damaged items.
• If you misplace an item or need assistance with a lost child, please visit the Information Booth.
• Any unclaimed items may be collected from College Reception during business hours.

13. Right to Refuse Entry
St Gregory’s College reserves the right to refuse entry or remove any patron who:
• Violates these Terms & Conditions
• Acts in a way that compromises safety
• Behaves inappropriately or aggressively
• Is found with prohibited items
• Attempts to enter restricted areas

By purchasing a ticket you agree to receive information about the Event by email from the Event Organiser.


TryBooking is an online system for organisations and community groups that has been designed to look after the entire event ticketing and registration needs.
