Eligibility & Age Restrictions
• This event is open to participants aged 16 and over.
Health & Safety
• Please inform us of any relevant medical conditions (e.g. heart conditions, epilepsy,) prior to attending.
• Individuals under the influence of alcohol or drugs are not permitted.
• The event is not suitable during pregnancy.
• All participants must follow pool safety rules and instructions from facilitators.
• All participants must follow Fleurieu Aquatic Centre Conditions of Entry
Arrival & Late Entry
• Please arrive 15 minutes before the scheduled start time.
• Late arrivals will not be admitted entry to avoid disruption to the session.
Cancellation & Refund Policy
• Tickets will only be refunded if the event is cancelled by the event organiser or if the attendee is unable to attend the event due to a medical condition, where a medical certificate is provided to the facility prior to the event date.
Liability Waiver
• By attending, you acknowledge that you are participating at your own risk and release the organiser from any liability for injury, loss, or damage.
Code of Conduct
• Respectful behaviour is expected at all times.
• Disruptive or inappropriate behaviour may result in removal from the event without refund.
Photography & Media
• No photography or recording is permitted during the session.
• The organiser may take photos for promotional purposes; you will be notified and may opt out.
What to Bring
• Swimwear, towel, and water bottle.
• Optional: Small pillow if using Salti Board float
Accessibility
• The hydrotherapy pool is accessible via stairs, ramp, water wheelchair or hoist. If you have accessibility needs or require assistance, please contact us in advance.
