Raz Studios – End of Year Dance Concert Ticket Terms and Conditions

By purchasing a ticket to the Raz Studios pty ltd End of Year Dance Concert (“the Event”), you agree to the following terms and conditions:

1. General
All tickets are sold by Raz Studios pty ltd for admission to the Event specified on the ticket.
The Event is organised and managed by Raz Studios, and all enquiries should be directed to the studio’s administration team at lenae@razstudios.com.au.

2. Ticket Purchases
Tickets must be purchased through the official Raz Studios pty ltd booking platform.
Please ensure all booking details are correct at the time of purchase, including session time, number of tickets, and seating selections (if applicable).
Proof of purchase (digital or printed ticket) must be presented at the venue for entry.

3. No Refunds, Exchanges, or Transfers
All ticket sales are final.
No refunds, exchanges, or transfers will be issued for any reason, including but not limited to change of mind, illness (including COVID-10), personal circumstances, scheduling conflicts, family misfortune or failure to attend.
In the unlikely event that the performance is cancelled by Raz Studios pty tld, ticket holders will be contacted directly regarding refund or reschedule options.

4. Seating and Admission
Doors will open at the time stated on the ticket. Late arrivals may be required to wait until an appropriate break in the performance for admission.
Children under the age of 2 may sit on a parent’s lap; all other attendees must hold a valid ticket.
Raz Studios pty ltd reserves the right to refuse entry or remove any person whose behaviour is deemed disruptive or unsafe.

5. Photography and Video Recording
Unless otherwise stated, unauthorised photography or video recording during the performance is strictly prohibited. Raz Studios ptt ltd may photograph, film, or record the Event for promotional, archival, or marketing purposes. By attending, you consent to the possible inclusion of your image in such materials.

6. Event Changes
Raz Studios reserves the right to alter performance details, times, cast, or venue if necessary. Any significant changes will be communicated to ticket holders via the contact details provided at purchase.

7. Liability
Attendance at the event is at your own risk. Raz Studios pty ltd accepts no responsibility for personal injury, property loss, or damage, except where required by law.

All issues relating to the sale of tickets and the hosting of their associated event(s) are the responsibility of the “Event Organiser” and not that of TryBooking Pty Ltd (Australian Business Number 71126987915).
