Loved Twice Market – Combined Stallholder & Small Business Terms & Conditions
1. Stall Booking & Payment
• All stalls must be pre-booked and paid for in full to secure your space.
• Stall fees are non-refundable and cover your allocated space plus any listed inclusions only.
• Payment must be made at the time of booking; unpaid bookings may be released without notice.
2. Refunds, Cancellations & Credits
2a. Stallholder-initiated cancellations
• All stall bookings are strictly non-refundable (including illness, change of mind, personal circumstances, or business readiness).
• Stallholders may request to transfer their stall to another person for a $10 admin fee if arranged at least 48 hours before the event and approved in writing.
• Small businesses may be offered a credit only if a future market date is already confirmed at the time of cancellation (not guaranteed).
2b. Changes or cancellations by organisers
• If the market is cancelled or significantly altered by Loved Twice Market (e.g., extreme weather, venue issues), stallholders will be offered a credit toward a future event.
• If the new date cannot be attended, a refund or credit may be offered at the organisers’ discretion.
• Credits cannot be held if no future market date has been confirmed.
3. Stallholder Responsibilities (All Stall Types)
• Sellers and businesses keep 100% of their profit.
• Stallholders must arrive during their designated set-up window; late arrivals who cannot set up in time will be marked as no-shows (no refund/credit).
• You are responsible for your own stock, pricing, display, and equipment unless otherwise stated.
• All items must be clean, safe, and in good condition. Damaged, broken, or soiled items are not allowed.
• Sellers must take all unsold items and rubbish with them at pack-down.
• Large camping tables are not permitted for stall holders (small business stalls exempt) only small tables, baskets, and small racks are allowed if they fit within your allocated space.
4. What You Can Sell
4a. Pre-Loved Stallholders
These stalls are for genuine families selling items personally owned and used by their own household.
You cannot:
• Operate, advertise, or represent a business.
• Use your stall to promote a brand, service, or social media page.
• Sell items obtained for the purpose of resale.
• Sell donated, bulk-collected, Marketplace “free” pick-ups, op-shop hauls, or curated stock.
• Source clothing from charity bins, Facebook groups, or community pages to resell.
4b. Small Business Stalls
These stalls are for registered small businesses selling their own products, such as:
• Handmade items
• Original products
• Legitimate business stock
Small Business stalls cannot be used for:
• Selling any pre-loved clothing that was not personally owned
• Selling donated or externally sourced pre-loved stock
• Running preloved resale, consignment, or bundled clothing operations
• Any business model based on sourcing items cheaply or for free to resell
Important Integrity Rule - Applies to ALL
Anyone who sources pre-loved items from third parties (free or paid) for the purpose of resale is not eligible to book ANY stall type.
Bookings may be cancelled without refund if the stallholder is found to be:
• Operating as a reseller
• Collecting donations
• Sourcing stock externally
5. Payment Handling
• Stallholders are responsible for their own payment systems (cash, PayID, bank transfer, EFTPOS, etc.).
• Please bring a float and ensure all payments are processed correctly.
• Loved Twice Market is not liable for payment disputes between buyers and sellers.
6. Set-Up & Pack-Down
• Set-up and pack-down times are listed in your Stallholder Pack.
• Suitcases/wagons used for transport must be returned to your car before opening.
• All Loved Twice property (racks, hangers, signage) will be marked—please do not remove these from the venue.
7. Conduct & Compliance
• All stallholders must behave respectfully toward organisers, attendees, and each other.
• No aggressive sales tactics, loud music, or offensive signage.
• Organisers may request the removal of items that do not meet quality or sustainability standards.
• Stallholders must remain for the full duration of the market unless approved otherwise.
8. Insurance & Liability
• Stallholders are responsible for their own insurance.
• Loved Twice Market accepts no liability for injury, loss, theft, or damage at or around your stall.
• Participation without insurance is at your own risk.
• Loved Twice Market is not liable for losses caused by weather, closures, or government restrictions.
9. Weather & Force Majeure
• The market will proceed in most weather unless deemed unsafe.
• If the market is cancelled due to extreme weather or unforeseen events, organisers will attempt to reschedule.
• Stall fees may be credited only if the cancellation is initiated by Loved Twice Market.
10. Photography & Videography Consent
• By attending, you consent to being photographed or filmed.
• Content may be used for marketing or promotional purposes.
• If you have concerns, notify organisers before the event.
11. Agreement
By booking a stall, you acknowledge you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms & Conditions.
TryBooking is an online system for organisations and community groups that has been designed to look after the entire event ticketing and registration needs.
All issues relating to the sale of tickets and the hosting of their associated event(s) are the responsibility of the “Event Organiser” and not that of TryBooking Pty Ltd (Australian Business Number 71126987915).
