By registering my child to participate in netball clinic training sessions conducted by Oakhill Drive Netball Club, I acknowledge and agree to the following:

Assumption of Risk: I understand that participation in netball training involves inherent risks of injury. I register my child to participate at my own risk and accept full responsibility for any injury, loss, or damage that may occur.

Waiver of Liability: Oakhill Drive Netball Club, its committee members, coaches, and volunteers take no responsibility for any injury, loss, or damage sustained during training sessions, except where required by law.

Supervision: I acknowledge that a parent or guardian must remain at Greenway Park Netball Courts for the entire duration of the training session.

Coaching and Safety: I understand that all training sessions will be conducted by qualified Coaches who hold current First Aid certification and Working With Children Checks.

By completing registration, I confirm that I have read, understood, and agree to the terms of this waiver.
