Thank you for considering buying tickets and visiting our farm. Please read the terms and conditions before purchasing tickets and making plans to arrive. By purchasing a ticket and visiting our farm, Berrylicious Strawberries P/L, ABN (79163808099), 115 Buxton Avenue, Buxton, NSW 2571, you agree to the following terms & conditions:

The clients access to our property is conditioned by acceptance of the following:

 - Please respect our farm, the plants, and our staff. Berrylicious Strawberries will not tolerate any violent or abusive behavior, intolerance of any kind, or such behavior that is harmful to others. Berrylicious Strawberries reserves the right to remove anyone from the premises in case of such behavior, as well as refusal to follow staff instructions or any of the terms & conditions.

- Tickets to Pick Your Own events are only valid for the specific date for which they were purchased.

- Tickets are non-personal and are transferable. Berrylicious Strawberries is not responsible or liable to tickets being transferred between clients.

- Tickets to Pick Your Own events are not refundable in case of clients canceling their arrival less then 24 hours prior to the day for which the tickets were purchased.

 - Tickets to Pick Your Own events are refundable in case of Berrylicious Strawberries canceling or changing dates of Pick Your Own events.

 - Berrylicious Strawberries is not liable to any loss or damage to personal belongings. Please mind your belongings.

 - Any fruit that was picked must be either eaten while on the premises or purchased before leaving. Please mind the amounts you pick.

 - Clients will only start picking after receiving scissors, having been shown into a greenhouse, and have been instructed how to pick fruit by a member of our staff. Please mind that children receive scissors only with verbal approval from their parents or guardian.

 - Parents are responsible and liable for the behavior of their children.

 - Minors of 14 years old or younger must be accompanied by an adult with a valid ticket.

 - Berrylicious Strawberries is not liable or responsible for any injuries or bodily harm of clients while at the farm.

 - Clients must wear close-toed shoes while visiting the farm.

 - Once shown into a greenhouse, clients may not move between the greenhouse sections unless instructed to or approved by member of the staff.

 - Clients must stay within the boundries set by Berrylicious staff. Caution tapes and border markers are there for a reason. Clients may not ignore them and go to barred off areas.

 - No running.

Berrylicious Strawberries is not liable to any loss, theft, damage, or harm done to any personal property including vehicles. Please do not leave any valuables behind
Berrylicious Strawberries is not liable to any damage or bodily harm that may happen to you whilst on our property. Customers enter the premise at their own volition and at their own risk.
It is the responsibility of anyone who buys tickets for someone other than themselves to inform the rest of the particiapting group of these rules.
Berrylicious Strawberries reserves the right to terminate or suspend access to our property and services in case of breach of any of the above terms and conditions.

Please mind that this is not only a farm, but our home and livelihood. We wish all our clients to enjoy themselves and have a good experience.
