Terms and Conditions – Traralgon Rodeo 2026
By purchasing a ticket and attending the Traralgon Rodeo, you agree to the following terms and conditions:
General Admission
Entry is permitted only with a valid ticket purchased through TryBooking or at the gate on the day of the event. Tickets must be presented (either printed or digital) for scanning at the gate. Pass-outs may be issued at the discretion of event staff.
Refund Policy
Tickets are non-refundable unless the event is cancelled by the organisers.
Change of mind, inability to attend, or adverse weather conditions do not qualify for a refund.
In the event of cancellation, refunds will be processed to the original payment method.
Behaviour and Safety
The Traralgon Rodeo is a family-friendly event. Any behaviour deemed offensive, aggressive, intoxicated, or unsafe will result in removal from the venue without refund.
Attendees must follow all directions from event staff, security, and emergency personnel at all times.
Unauthorised entry into competition areas or restricted zones is strictly prohibited.
Alcohol and Food
No BYO alcohol or food is permitted. Food stalls and licensed bars will be available on site.
Underage drinking or supplying alcohol to minors will not be tolerated.
Pets and Animals
No pets are allowed on site, except for service animals.
Camping and Parking
No camping is permitted at Glenview Park or surrounding areas unless specifically approved by the venue.
Parking is available in designated areas only. Vehicles are parked at the owner’s risk.
Weather Conditions
The event will proceed rain or shine, unless deemed unsafe by organisers. In the case of extreme weather, updates will be communicated via the Traralgon Rodeo Facebook page and official channels.
Photography and Media
By entering the venue, attendees consent to being photographed or filmed. Images may be used for future promotional or marketing purposes by Australian Western Sports or the Traralgon Rodeo Committee.
Liability
Attendees enter at their own risk. The organisers, venue, and contractors are not responsible for any injury, loss, or damage sustained at the event, except where required by law.
Event Changes
Program, schedule, and entertainment are subject to change without notice.
TryBooking is an online system for organisations and community groups that has been designed to look after the entire event ticketing and registration needs.
All issues relating to the sale of tickets and the hosting of their associated event(s) are the responsibility of the “Event Organiser” and not that of TryBooking Pty Ltd (Australian Business Number 71126987915).
