By registering the child I agree to him/her participating in all supervised activities.

By attending Helen Ball there is an inherent risk within activities undertaken as part of the event. In the event of accident or illness, I authorise the Event Coordinator to consent, where it is impracticable to communicate with the child's parent or guardian, to the child receiving any medical or surgical treatment as may be deemed necessary by a licensed physician and/or surgeon. I authorise the Event Coordinator to engage such treatment and agree to pay the appropriate fees for such service and treatment.

I agree to meet the expense of the child being returned home, either by the Kids and Youth Staff or leaders accompany him/her and then rejoining, or by collecting him/ her personally. I understand that such an arrangement may be necessary due to illness, injury, or if, in the opinion of the Children's, Youth and Families Staff, non-cooperation or anti-social behaviour of any description or inability to meet the rigours and requirements of the event activities by the child. The Kids and Youth staff will make every reasonable effort to communicate with you concerning any such behaviours or circumstances.

By registering the child on Helen Ball, I agree to the use of any photos or video footage of the child whilst on Helen Ball in accordance with permissions given as part of the Social Contact Policy.

All registrations require payment of full amount. No refunds will be given for this event.
