Please note our Terms & Conditions:

1.  EMTC membership is compulsory.  If you nominate for a team in Winter Competition you must be/or become a member of East Malvern Tennis Club prior to the start of the season.  

2.   All teams require a Team Captain who is responsible for organising the roster, liaising with the Senior Convenor for emergency players and entering the scores. If no-one nominates for this position the Senior Convenor will select a player from the team. 

3.  Please consider very carefully your availability before committing yourself for nomination. You have a responsibility to yourself, your team and the club to play when rostered. You are expected to always advise your Team Captain of unavailability as soon as you become aware, especially after the roster has been done.

4.  EMTC is committed to providing a welcoming, safe and inclusive tennis environment that promotes the physical, social and emotional wellbeing of all participants. Before completing your registration, please take a moment to read the Tennis Australia Code of Behaviour.  All players are required to agree to abide by this code as a condition of entry.                                                                                                 

5.  Please note the Association fines that we expect the team to reimburse to the Club (ranging from $15 to $55) for:

- Team forfeits.
- Playing out of their nominated order.
- Late entry of results

Exemptions may be granted at the discretion of the Senior Convenor. 

6. Teams will be selected according to the best guides we have as to their order of merit, however we are not always able to place all players into a team. In this case registration fees will be refunded under the following conditions:

- To any player not allocated to a team.
- If you have a medical condition which prevents you from playing after teams have been submitted to the relevant tennis association (eg broken arm).
- Club Shirts will be refunded if the shirt has not been worn and the tag is still attached, or we are unable to supply your size.

Note:  Refunds will not be given for 'change of mind' after teams have been submitted.
