As part of a collaboration with Cricket Australia, AMCF is thrilled to celebrate “The Unmissable First Ball” — a national live broadcast moment marking the start of The Ashes, streamed on the Fed Square Big Screen as part of the 2025 African Music and Cultural Festival.
To mark this occasion, Cricket Australia has generously donated three signed cricket bats, each featuring the autographs of the Australian Men’s Team from the 2018 ODI series against South Africa.
These prized collector’s items will be drawn live on stage at Fed Square across the festival weekend.

🎟 About the Raffle
The Cricket Australia Raffle is proudly administered by the African Music and Cultural Festival (AMCF).
Three lucky winners will each receive one (1) official Cricket Australia–signed bat, authenticated by Cricket Australia.
Raffle ticket sales close at 4:00 PM on Sunday, 23 November 2025.
The winning tickets will be drawn live on stage at Fed Square alongside the Ethiopian Airlines Ticket Raffle.

🏆 Prize Details
• Three (3) Official Cricket Australia–signed bats — one drawn each day of the festival.
• Each bat is signed by members of the Australian Men’s National Team (2018 ODI Series).
• Prizes are non-transferable, non-exchangeable, and cannot be redeemed for cash or other products.

👤 Eligibility
• Entrants must be 18 years or older.
• Each raffle ticket purchased provides one entry into the draw.
• Multiple entries are permitted.
• Tickets purchased by ineligible entrants are void.

📣 Winner Selection
• Winners will be drawn randomly on stage and announced publicly.
• Winners will also be notified by phone and email after verification.
• Winners must present their raffle ticket stub to claim their prize.
• If a winner cannot be contacted or fails verification, an alternate winner will be drawn.

• By accepting the prize, winners release AMCF, Cricket Australia, and associated partners from any liability arising from participation or use of the prize.
• Winners consent to AMCF using their name and likeness for promotional purposes unless they request otherwise in writing.
• AMCF reserves the right to cancel or amend the raffle if circumstances beyond its control affect its fairness or operation.
• AMCF decisions are final and binding.
