Thank you for purchasing tickets to an AMA Event Management or Zing Entertainment event.
We look forward to welcoming you and hope you enjoy your experience.
These Terms & Conditions apply to all attendees, guests, and ticket holders at any event organised or managed by AMA Event Management and/or Zing Entertainment.
By purchasing a ticket or attending an event, you agree to the following conditions.
1. Ticket Purchases & Payments
All ticket sales are final.
No refunds are available for any reason, including change of mind, scheduling conflicts, or personal circumstances.
Tickets are non-transferable unless authorised by AMA Event Management or Zing Entertainment in writing.
Lost or stolen tickets will not be replaced or refunded.
All bookings must be made through the approved ticketing platform or official event website.
2. Event Cancellation, Postponement & Acts of God
Should an event be cancelled, postponed, or interrupted due to circumstances beyond our control — including but not limited to severe weather, public health directives, government restrictions, natural disasters, power failures, or any other Act of God — no refunds will be issued.
In such cases, a credit voucher equal to the ticket purchase amount will be provided.
Credit vouchers are valid for 12 months from the date of issue and may be used toward any future AMA Event Management or Zing Entertainment event.
If an event proceeds as planned but an attendee is unable or unwilling to attend, no credit or refund will be provided.
3. Event Entry & Behaviour
All attendees must follow the directions of event staff, security, and management at all times.
Entry may be refused or revoked for disorderly, unsafe, or inappropriate conduct.
Attendees must not bring prohibited items into the event (including alcohol, illegal substances, weapons, fireworks, glass, or other restricted goods).
Children must be accompanied by a responsible adult at all times unless otherwise stated.
By attending the event, you acknowledge that you may appear in photographs or video footage taken for promotional purposes.
4. Safety & Liability
AMA Event Management and Zing Entertainment take all reasonable steps to ensure attendee safety, but attendance at events is at your own risk.
We accept no responsibility for personal injury, loss, theft, or damage to property, including vehicles or personal items, whether occurring before, during, or after the event.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless AMA Event Management, Zing Entertainment, and their representatives from any claims arising from your attendance or participation in the event.
5. Event Changes
Event programs, attractions, entertainment lineups, and schedules are subject to change without notice.
Substitutions or modifications to advertised elements of the event do not entitle ticket holders to a refund or credit.
6. Weather Policy
All events proceed rain, hail or shine unless conditions are deemed unsafe by management or local authorities.
If an event is cancelled due to unsafe weather, attendees will be notified via email, social media, and the event’s official website.
Credit vouchers will be issued in line with Clause 2 above.

By purchasing a ticket or attending an event organised by AMA Event Management or Zing Entertainment, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms & Conditions in full.
TryBooking is an online system for organisations and community groups that has been designed to look after the entire event ticketing and registration needs.
All issues relating to the sale of tickets and the hosting of their associated event(s) are the responsibility of the “Event Organiser” and not that of TryBooking Pty Ltd (Australian Business Number 71126987915).
