All attendees must be members of LARPwest, which can be secured via their website at larpwest.net
The Organisers reserve the right to refuse entry to the event and should we do so we will refund tickets in full.
We will refund tickets without question at any time before the end of the final early bird period (2nd March 2026). If requiring a refund after this please contact the team to explain your circumstances for such to be considered. As opposed to previous events we are no longer transferring tickets to future events. This has been made necessary as we creep closer to our self imposed event size limit of 450.
It is your responsibility to check the Event Guide in the weeks before the event when it is published. This will usually be posted to our facebook and discord pages.
Information about this event will be emailed to the purchaser email when intended to go to all attendees who are asked to pass this information along to anyone they have purchased tickets for Where information is more specific, such as to all attendees from a specific realm, or to guardians of minors, individual ticket holder email will be used.

TryBooking is an online system for organisations and community groups that has been designed to look after the entire event ticketing and registration needs.
